Certification
Our full AIE (AI Ethical) Certification is awarded (badge included in our directory) when a particular company has worked with us and granted us access to review all needed information to independently confirm they are meeting minimum requirements in the following areas –
- Transparency and Explainability
- Data Sources, Consent, and Scraping
- Data Minimization and Retention
- Privacy Compliance and Security Posture
- Bias, Fairness, and Representativeness
- Model Lifecycle, Change control, and Monitoring
- Human-in-the-loop and Disclosure Fidelity
- Customer Control, Feedback Loops, and Configurability
- Labor Practices and Supply Chain Ethics
- Customer-centricity and Manipulation Safeguards
Index Scoring Process
For each scored solution –
- More than 10,000 data points are collected by both traditional methods and AI that cover Transparency; Data Privacy and Consent; Bias & Fairness; Humanity; and Customer Centricity
- Each source is verified, and any source unverified data points are dropped, pre-analysis
- All remaining source verified data points are analyzed and scored on a scale that awards up to 100 points total per solution.
- Solutions are placed in the Solution Directory as follows: Above 80 – Green – Recommended for Use; 60 – 80 – Yellow – Do Not Meet Minimum Requirements for Recommendation; Below 60 – Red – Not Recommended for Use
